Do I have another memory leak caused by FMC?

I've been having the same problems also on 3 separate flights to KSFO FBHD, RCTP,RPLL and VHHH.All 3 flights I loaded the arrival and runway for KSFO before I took off. Around 4-6hrs , I got an OOM. After reading PhilH post, I gave it a try. I flew from RCTP to KSFO, but this time I didn't load my approach until around 300nm from TOD. It worked! No issues w/vas at all.

I'm running FSX SE  DX10 windows 7. Did a couple of more flights just to confirm, all is well. Chris Longo

PMDG should have fixed that in the last update. My vas goes up if I change the approach after having another one loaded in. - David Lee

I don't have evidence i just noticed it my past flights about changing the approach near the arrival airport. If I have time to duplicate it and get proof I'll submit a bug - David Lee

That's exactly how the previous problem was tracked down, although it is a lot more complicated than that. Be sure you reduce the number of external influences such as weather, traffic, ect., and you are just testing the item of interest.

Had the same problem with the new KSFO yesterday, I had programmed the approach early in the flight from KJFK using P3Dv3. The VAS was ok for most of the flight and then rose quickly and gave me an OOM warning and shut down.

Will try again and will not enter the approach data until in the descent to see if I can make it to KSFO.

I tried some test flying from/to KSFO with AIRAC 1511 but could not reproduce anything. VAS was max 3.2GB LOD maxed but autogen normal . Everything seemed fine in this great rendering btw.
