If developers find the time, i'm game for a visual update only. Performance would also be great but understandably could take a while to do. Most 737s (atleast in canada) are sporting these winglets and itd be nice to have them in the sim. 

Nothing to add....just saying that I was lucky to fly from KDEN to KBWI yesterday on 737-800 Southwest Warrior One with the split scimitar winglets...was first time, pretty cool looking

I was pretty excited we came across my first flight on a split scimitar on our way back from Disney a few weeks back. I took a picture and had to chuckle because of all the ruckus those things were causing in the sim world.

 

+1 for the splits (visual or otherwise). Based at YVR and 90% of the NG's we see are equipped with them now. Understand the 74 is the priority, and there's probably a ton else going on, but I'd be happy to pay for even a visual update.

Any new info will be posted in the main section of the PMDG forum, so no, there is no new info. When there is, that's where you'll find it.

Y'all really want pmdg to slap something on for aesthetics's with your argument being that this sim isn't for training purposes? Cmon guys this isn't aerosoft. Let them take their time to do it right.
