January 31, 20179 yr Actually, if it's the current scheme, there would be no need to repaint the words as it just says 'South African'. The only scheme which had Suid Afrikaanse Lugdiens written in full on the aircraft was the circa 1970s SAA scheme. The -400 wasn't even born then. Hope you had a good trip! Well we had a few -400's in that paint scheme at some stage. By then they had taken all of the "Super B" indications off and used to put the "BOEING 747-400" in white in the orange stripe near the rear of the aircraft. It is a livery I will try to do once I can get my hands on the paint kit and of course the aircraft lol. Regards ZS-SAV was delivered in the orange tail SAL livery where it was written above the wing box, and is the livery that we've done. I don't think we've done the current livery yet. January 31, 20179 yr Saudia and Silkways later today probably. Will you finish your PMDG produced liveries before release or keep em coming? I realize that may reveal too much and not be an answerable question... Wes Meyer
January 31, 20179 yr Most of today at work has consisted of viewing PMDG web site on one screen, PMDG forum on another, and pretending to work on the 3rd screen. Yep, same here - I am supposed to be working, but alas... The distraction on the AVSIM forums are too strong! January 31, 20179 yr Air Bridge Cargo would be nice for Eastern European users Cheers Stefan Đorđević

The distraction on the AVSIM forums are too strong!Indeed they are, but I was not joking about our ferry catching fire and hence I cannot move due to sunburn. We were left on a dock for hours with no shade. It is the perfect excuse for not being able to open any other web pages apart from the ones I have open, for medical reasons B) Wes Meyer

RegardsMy problem is I can't help but show all the cool features of the 744 to everyone who passes by my desk. Luckily for me, and sadly for them, I own the company... Wes Meyer

January 31, 20179 yr Hahaha, okay you have got one over me there! Regards Not really... I feel terrible taking any time of at all and probably overwork myself, much like our PMDG FRIENDS.. but please, don't stop this close to release... lol... I am now being selfish. Wes Meyer
January 31, 20179 yr Guys, guys, calm down. If your favourite liveries aren't included in the release, someone will DEFINITELY do them. We have the likes of Steve hanging around these parts waiting to pounce once the Queen is out! Hey Poe, unfortunately I will be on vacation away from my computer when she's released...however the PMDG painters never fail to impress me with the quality and quantity they put out, so we'll be in great shape at release. I'll paint the 2 or 3 liveries they missed when I return and had a chance to enjoy taking the Queen on some flights. Steve's liveries are incredible. I can just sit there on the apron looking over at my 737NGX Thomson he did for literally hours. The detail is breath taking. If you're referring to this Steve, I did paint a few Thomson's (and Condors), but for the A320. Not sure if I ever did an NGX. Regardless, thank you for the compliment (if it was for me  ) Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here
