Then why are you acting so aggressively towards Kyle? Calm down.

Also, PMDG do not take kindly to people disrespecting other developers on this forum, so you might want to tone down those comments as well or you're going to be out of these forums faster than you'd like to be.

I just want a good answer and update that is all. Im as calm as could be right now infact. IF CAPS LOCK IS ON I'm just trying to get your attention and yes I am aware that PMDG are quite sensitive on this forum

Well you approached it the wrong way. Either way, you've been told the answer. The answer was it's coming soon.

Use the search function, you'll find your answer.

WE ARE SIMPLY ASKED TO BE UPDATED being that the last update we got officially was about the 77W needing hot fix 1 and that it would be out this week, it's Friday, HF1 is released and still no update, just delays

Again...

Benefit of the doubt here. I literally just finished testing multiple aircraft in P3Dv4. It's 1AM, and I need to be up at 630AM. I barely have enough time to jump into the forum to make sure everything is going okay in here. Doing so keeps me away from testing. What would you prefer: progress or constant updates? We aren't a huge company. We have limited personnel to get stuff done. We could certainly put a full time person on PR duties but that'd be an added cost to the products you've already called expensive...

So, benefit of the doubt and a little trust to understand that, if there's no reason for us to not release an update to you guys, we'll do it; or I can lobby for a full time PR person to just keep you all updated with all of the latest updates? The latter is gonna increase product prices in some way shape or form. Econ 101 there.

Am I being unreasonable here...?

Heck I'd do it for free if it kept people happy

Did someone say short haul? A 747? http://flightaware.com/live/flight/CLX770

The story behind it:

Boeing 747 freighters – an uncommon sight at Indianapolis  – typically take on Roche’s chemical reagents and medical devices then stop in Chicago or other cities before heading back to Europe.

Quite interesting but me and a good friend where talking about it today, the 747 just gets plain and boring sometimes after a few DEN-MCO flights. The 737 is always a very fun plane to fly especially for a south westerner like me. It's in your blood.

Okay I asked a simple question got my answer, no need to keep plucking on whether a 74 or 77 can do short hauls, of course they can. I never once said they couldn't, I'd much rather fly the 73 on the 6 hr or less routes than a t7 that's all i was getting to, you people are judgmental, thank you for your help PMDG777, and the PMDG  staff

As a kid my friends and I watched B-52s doing countless touch and gos at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.  We'd lay on the large round hay bales off the end of the runway (but just off base) and watch for hours on end.   Also got to see a lot of KC-135, KC-10, and A-10s doing the same thing.

...

And I too am psyched about the DC-6...

That is so cool. That's where I first fell in love with big, noisy aircraft. I think I know the spot you're talking about.

When I was quite young, I lived in Bossier City and that was my go-to thing to do.

Many fly for VirtualAirlines which are quite restrictive on what aircraft can be flown on what route.  Many of us fly the 737 on the intercity 1 to 2 hour routes they permit as they art the ones that exist in real life.  If we fly a 747 or 777 in those routes the pireps are rejected. Some do not have the time avilable to fly  the multi hour routes that VAs accept with the larger aircraft.

It is nice to have an idea of when because the choice for some is not flying for their airline for an indefinite period or buying an aircraft to do it which may be cheap for some and nasty but at least lets the person fly. Not all are rich so these decisions are frustrating,

I know the problems.  But customers have to be able to plan within their resources or they may have to waste  them on others and then be unable to buy the PMDG when it comes out.

That the developers get frustrated at not having answers is understandable but they must understand that customers get frustrated by this too.

Harry Woodrow

Why not updating the 737 NGX to the latest version with SSWs and proper performance for it? I mean you are over the NGX anyway. I have no problem waiting for it a little longer, but have a up to date NGX in line with the real one.

Just my opinion.

You'll get it when you get it. Period! PMDG are under no obligation to tell you a precise time and date. Just be patient. You know it's being worked on and will be ready when it has reached the high standard that PMDG are renowned for. I think Kyle should lock this thread now.
