I am so sorry if I am missing something obvious or if it was explained and I missed it in this thread but ... what does the DC launch even have to do with an FS2Crew launch for a completely unrelated aircraft? I have no idea how making a 737 product available has any bearing at all on their DC-6.

What the heck am I missing here?

The reason I am confused is reading the last couple pages of this thread, what i am seeing is, "The 737 is ready, but we're not going to release it becuse of the DC-6 release."  Those are completely unrelated products so I am confused as heck right now and am honestly curious as to what is going on with that one.

Fae

Well, it's the developer and a businessman being honest with their customer base. There is an understanding that not all people in the world have unlimited pockets, and may operate on limited entertainment budgets. So, in order to maximize sale, when one highly anticipated product is released in a particular area of interest, it's generally not a good idea to release another, even unrelated, if you are ultimately competing for the same pool of Dollars. However, if you space these by some period of time, you end up maximizing the sale opportunity. It's really not rocket science. Why do you think Apple releases iPhones, iPads, and Macs on different schedule throughout the year, and not all-new-lineup all-at-once? ;-)

That said, can we please have the 737 and 747 FS2Crew already? Ideally at the same time. Thanks! *grin*

And purchased.

So... when's that 747 coming along?

In all seriousness, 737 has been out for hours now, and the developer is refusing to release their other products. It's incredible, and unbelievable. I have never seen such awful behavior in my life. Terrible.

Hahaha, the 747 is nearly done.

And I received a new UGCX build today from my UGCX programmer...

OK, now seriously for serious. The expected 747 one, will it handle failures, as the 737 does, or will it be NP-only like the T7?
