I'm also in UK and have the same problem with the NGX 800/900 download for FSX.  Got the 777-200, 777-300 and NGX 600/700 no problem so I doubt the problem is with my system.  If no joy by this evening I'll raise a ticket.

Hi Guys

Managed to download everything except 737NGX for FSX

This is the reponse I get

I updated all of my PMDG purchases successfully  i.e. B747, B777, B777 Expansion, NGX737 expansion 600.700.

The NGX 737 Base Pack though gives an error on the  URL.  What to do?  Please advise.

Looks like some parts of Europe (UK and possibly Scandinavia) and South Africa are affected.

Just downloaded it, all fine here. Where are you both located? Possible Amazon server issues in your area

I'm in Dublin, Ireland. Don't see what Amazon have to do with it.

I keep trying, and keep getting the same result

Just downloading the Expansion 600/700 without any issues.

Because PMDG downloads are hosted on Amazon servers.

Might  be  a issue   with the ngx  download   file  since  i downloaded  both the  747,  200lr  and  the  er and  737-600   with no issues  only  the ngx   as   previously  posted  in another  thread

Possibly, I downloaded the NGX base pack and installed with no issues so it's a localised error. Possibly those servers haven't received the file yet and the link is looking for that file.
