I do really wish there was an easy to use utility to set this up.  I’ve done it before, but it takes a lot of trial and error and i frequently run into the axis not responding as i expect them to based on the instructions/tutorials.

Last time i did it i finally got it working after a few hours.  Next time i went to fly the Q400 I had unplugged and re plugged my joystick and suddenly all of the controls had reset (i think the joystick ID had changed)...i came close to throwing the joystick across the room.  I decided to switch back to basic inputs instead.

i’ll have to punish myself and try again tonight though 😀

Agreed.  They are charging me VAT even though I'm in the US.  Cost should be around $17.50 US but JF wants $21.99 US for the PILOT edition.

"Just Flight All our prices include VAT and currency processing (we are UK/£ based). NB that all our prices include Just Rewards."

Has it always been that way?  I don’t remember ever paying more for an addon at JF compared to the cost at other stores.  I’m in Canada there should be no reason for me to pay VAT.

I had a few hours to myself earlier and set this bad boy up in P3D.  Enabled the 125hz controls (Pro version only), quick flight from EGPD TO EGNT....oh yes it’s good to be back!

Hello, I have the PRO edition and am using the Dash with Chaseplane. Whenever I go to the exterior view and back to the cockpit, the sound volume goes way down and, eventually, go back up again. I also seem to be having sound problems when using wingviews from the outside. Sometimes the sound is completely muted for a while!

I have multiple addons installed, including FSLABS and PMDG, and did not have any sound issues until now.

Anyone experiecing something similar?

Yes, that was solved and that's one of the items I was testing in my video earlier in this thread ... but it was last minute DLL maybe it didn't make it into final release to store build?

As a work around, you can just click anywhere on the screen to restore sound.

Do you use ChasePlane by any chance?  If so, there is a sligtl issue with Chaseplane and the Dash.  We tested a new DLL for the Dash last night that resolved this issue, and it should be available on the Majestic Website soon.
