By releasing elac 1 and 2 and sec 1 you then release sec2 and then push it back in.The stab should then return to 0 +-.2 degrees 

You then repeat having sec 2 released and then releasing sec1 and push it back in you do this 4 times and the stab should return to 0 +-.2

This is a serious part of the flying controls check hence why its done on a regular basis.

I did bring this up before as the website mentions complete fbw systems but I was basically ignored especially when i said i thought the website could be misleading as a major safety feature is not incorporated.

I'm not back at work until tomorrow but will let you know the exact manual reference when i pull it up.

This  “glaring efcs fault” that’s done every 400 flying hours, can I ask is this test done by pilots or ground engineers?

Is it part of  any airlines SOP?

The test is carried out by ground engineers,not pilots

As for the sop proc's, unlikely that crews would willingly turn off elacs or secs without good reason .

This is purely a test of the efcs system.

As i said the test also tests other parts as well but this requires the pulling of cb's which cannot be replicated,but this part of the test has no cb's out.

Other parts of the test include dual input and the warnings, spoiler operation and the correct warnings assosiated .

Watched this as well. VC is okay but no 'wow'. What makes this bird is the entire package - the SYSTEMS primarily, FMC, sounds, modeling. It's an entire package.

Watch BB now its in 4k.

If you need to have it explained the benefits of FsLabs over the competition then I don't think it is for you.

This thing looks amazing.  On the streams I've seen so far it makes me wonder what is not "ready" about it.  Everything I've seen looks pretty darn ready to me!  I'll still never understand their marketing practices but they sure can make a great product!  Can't wait!

Won't be out today. I still think my prediction about end of the week will ring true

I think you didn't read my post too well or I wasn't clear enough: I don't need to have it explained what the benefits are of the FSLabs Airbus: I was ONLY wondering why someone said the VC looked amazing while to me it looks just like any other Airbus VC I have seen. So: what makes the looks of this VC so much better?
