After near half year of work, this scenery is finally out for all the flightsimmers to enjoy. With a visual quality comparable to MegaScenery, this scenery is a must for those who want to fly at the Pearl of Orient. Make sure you bring a good camera along with your flight! Many thanks to my beta testers who had given me a lot of precious opinions. For download, please log on to www.flightsim.com (you need to be a member of it first), click main menu and click search files -> enter "pvhk11.zip" and select download. Some screenshots:Finally, if you find the scenery enjoyable, please take the following simple steps to give me a vote for the

Wow very nice! I have Flightsoft HK2004 and I wonder if it works with that.Max.

Yes thanks for the work, however like Michael asked, are you planning in uploading it here? Download speeds over at flightsim are terrible.

Chit - What a great effort! Thanks so much for doing it. For any serious HK fan this scenery is a must. Now all we need is for Jim Vile to hook in the Kai Tak scenery and those of us who love to fly the Rwy13 IGS will, indeed, be happy simmers. Thanks again for a wonderful job. Doug

I just tried the IGS 13 in the PMDG 744. What a view! The hills are magnificent and the harbor's great even given the elevation on the approach from CH on in. I'm convinced, this is a keeper. Doug

DougI will take a look and see what needs to be done to bring Kai Tak 98 into alignment with this new scenery.

Actually Jim, you airport snuggles right in pretty good without doing a thing to it. The Checkerboard is a little off and there are two running tracks that I noticed but those things are minor. That's probably the best combination/setup for Kai Tak to date.

Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!)  Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11),  EVGA 1300W PSU
Netgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displays
Full array of Bravo, Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit. Varjo and HP VR headsets for mixed reality.

It looks fantastic Chit; downloading right now....can't wait to try it out :)Thanks so much for this!

After the pre-release the Ultimate Hong Kong 2004 is found not compatible with Project Visual HK. (What a pity!) As the hills are conflicting with the add-on mesh. Some problems are also found with Thomas Kwong's VHHH 2005b scenery. The airport itself is intact, but the buildings in vincity (such as those at Tsing Yi Island) and the Tsing Ma Bridge are a bit misaligned. Otherwise it's good. I'll post the scenery soon to AVSIM as well. Please kindly reserve your patience.

This is brilliant, everything positioned in exactly the right place so adding extra objects could be placed knowing they will be exactly as is/was in the real world. However, I am having a problem with Jim Vile's scenery when running with this, the airport grass textures, and water pools near the fuel tanks, don't show up. I have tried changing the priority and having given up for now trying to figure it out, just wondering if anyone could suggest a suitable list order?

I had some problems like memory leak with Jim's Hongkong scenary.. but now, by adding this one to it.. It has solved my memory leak problem too.:)Now, I have a near perfect Hong Kong scenary.. all freeware. Thank you guys. Manny

Yeah too bad it's on Flightsim.com. They limit their download speed to 20kbps.I'll pass, I don't have 2+ hours to download something that should only take a few minutes. Why this isn't on avsim.com is beyond me.Looks pretty.http://www.cpavirtual.org/images/banners/MyNewCrapBanner.jpgEric Thornton - CX001
