I'm not aware of any changes to improve SLI in P3D V4.x ... some bug fixes, but nothing to help performance. If you haven't already read this thread (includes LM's key developer comments regarding SLI): https://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=126664 As Beau suggests, if you are currently GPU limited (easy to be GPU limited, 8XSSAA and DL and DR and shadow tweaks will easily put 99-100% load on a single GPU). But if you are CPU limited, then you'll not realize much gain or even loss in performance due to SLI overhead. Cheers, Rob.

But if you are CPU limited, then you'll not realize much gain or even loss in performance due to SLI overhead. But I think Beau was the one who suggested using a separate GPU for each of my three projectors when I said i didn't want the 3 x PC solution. That was why I fitted 3 x 1080Tis! The performance with that method was really stuttery. It was better (and faster) with all three on one of the GPUs and the others disused, but it is definitely smoother with my 3-way SLI. (Though maybe not enough of a difference to really justify the outlay, but so far I have no other use for the other 1080Tis). So that's what I have now. But in heavy situations (EGLL with more than 120 AI) it can still get rather slow (currently managing to keep to about 20fps with a limit of 120 and many sliders quite low), but that's down to 100% usage on Core 0, even at 4.8GHz. The 3 GPUs get to a max or around 20% each, but not necessarily evenly. One is often at around 15% whilst the others are at 20% Pete Win10: 22H2 19045.2728 CPU: 9900KS at 5.5GHz Memory: 32Gb at 3800 MHz. July 27, 20187 yr @Pete Dowson in your case not the entire bottleneck weight is on your GPU or SLI configuration, i suspect it is also affected by the projection software used in conjunction, Edited July 27, 20187 yr by Chris Bell
