I'm not sure how much that applies to betas, like I said, I don't remember specific instances, but I've certainly never seen anything written or posted or anything that suggests that it's not their policy to release betas on the weekends.

August 26, 200619 yr what's so difficult with doing a 9GB download?very very easy to split it up using winrar. how about spliting it up in 50MB chunks of winrar files? then you get i.e: fsx_beta.r01,fsx_beta.r02 and so on. Jan Roar Roed

August 26, 200619 yr I think it would have been better and faster to have shipped the beta on DVD to selected beta testers; we would pay for shipping and be done with.9 GB, even with premium broadband, is going to take most of us better part of a full day to download.Just my two cents worth on the matter.
