This may be a stupid question but is this addon, along with the upcoming Orbx version, just texture replacements or do they also add more houses, buildings, etc. to the sim? I didn’t read anything about that.

Just textures updates to the old buildings.

ORBX has a version in beta and it's coming soon.

I’m looking forward to Orbxs but looks like someone beat them to it... I think Orbx has been working on theirs 1-2yrs or more?...

Go see the pics. Orbxs looks really good. See the top of the preview screenshot forum.

RD Presets is amazing. Just installed and compared and I’m impressed.

Looking forward for Orbx Buildings HD too. Hopefully this weekend

Good to hear. Could you please post a few screenshots over L.A. and Tokyo? I'd love to give RDPresets a chance, but they make it unnecessarily hard because they have so few example pictures on their website...

Best regards, Dimitrios

Have no idea how to post, while some time before tried  but no success  to post. Sorry for that,

Even though they write "No performance impact" , I agree with Gerald, that in cities with 1000's and 1000's of buildings, a 4K resolution is bound to have some impact. But I'm looking forward to hear from people who have bought it, what the experience.

If they could do some comparison fps checks over cities like Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York etc. that would be nice.

I can not open www.RDPresets.com. Is the problem on my side?

I tried Windows, Mac OS and iOS. No result

In jurisprudence, there is a principle - you look for the person who benefits.

Thanks for the screenshot

The buildings look nice. The roads on top of the LC makes it ugly. Hopefully there is or will be a PR scenery of Tokyo..

Thanks. What is your impression, do the autogen buildings look more realistic?

Best regards, Dimitrios

Congratulations to Robin & Dean. Their shader presets were generally of very high quality and I'm glad to see them expanding into other areas of the sim.

I see that this is just a texture replacement but isn't the ORBX variant supposed to also correct the size of autogen? If so, I'd rather wait for ORBX.

Yes,  d. Tsarikis, it looks more realistic, after this screen, i pushed the autogen to high and it was even better.

Well here my setup for this side of the things :

At the end, all is better than before I installed it. I'll still wait also to see the one from Orbix, but for now i'm pretty happy
