I flew out of Nassau afterwards, and although it was quite stormy as expected, your scenery really enhanced the Bahamas significantly. Much appreciated, Stan
September 1, 20196 yr Stan, Glad you enjoyed it. Talk about good or bad timing. I just uploaded an update that includes Andros Island about an hour ago that you might want to check out. I'm slowly working my way though the Bahamas. Exumas are next and then the Eastern Bahamas islands and finally the Southern Bahamas. I couldn't agree more about the surprising lack of good scenery for this region. Greg
September 2, 20196 yr Hi Greg, I love your Bahamas scenery! Didn't know about it until I saw this thread. It's much nicer than what I was using! I see that you said that you uploaded an update, but I can't find it on Avsim... Could you possibly post a link? Appreciate it! September 2, 20196 yr (copied from the thread I started to announce the new beta) I just uploaded Bahamas Scenery Pack 2-2 Beta: Northern Bahamas/Turks & Caicos, New Providence, and Andros Island. It should be available in the Library for download soon. Sorry for the long delay but the summer has been a busy one for me and I haven't had as much time to work on scenery. For Screenshots go to: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1KP7Fz0W1GhKLBi-VWXRM_2AMy1314XPH If you want to download now go to: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Xz7XUADG0X7s-xk2JLw9pY-C29cJsNFB/view?usp=sharing I have added exclusion areas around MYNN (and all other airports) which should prevent bleedthrough by other default airports including replacements in ORBX. I have greatly simplified installation. Everything is now in just two scenery folders. I've continued to make tweaks/improvements to all scenery areas. I'm about 2/3 of the way done with the Exumas and hope to have that scenery completed by the end of October. Please Enjoy!

If I can just copy over the folders, does the LC work as well? BTW, I have ORBX NA landcalss, I don't think you should use the FSX version. I installed the latest P3D version available of this scenery (I think it's P3Dv3) into a seperate. directory and then manually added it with lorby's Addon Manager.I think I added the LC as well, and I do have OrbX's OpenLC NA. The only thing that caused trouble for me is Vector, which was remedied by disabling anything with MYNN in the name. September 2, 20196 yr Moderator I’ve installed the version for P3Dv3 today and just pointed it to my v4 folder. The scenery entries have been created in scenery.cfg in Program Data\LM\P3D so I just cut and pasted them into my v4 scenery.cfg. There are 3 entries for the airport, land class and Library. The frame rates are fine and obviously there are no VAS issues. Plenty of Ai there too thanks to AIG. The only downside was the weather which was foul but with Dorian nearby that’s to be expected. The AFD was clean too except for an altitude difference which might be down to v4. The SODE gates look okay for a 738 so I’m happy. Ray (Cheshire, England). Also check the layering order. The three Nassau entries should be at the top in scenery library as viewed in P3D. Ray (Cheshire, England). If I point it at my main F3D folder, I get a message that it will deactivate SODE 1.2 and install SODE 1.3x. Of course, we are well beyond 1.3 now. Did you just click though? Also, if you just point it at your main P3D folder, where does it drop the files? I have all of my Aerosoft stuff installed outside of P3D. Thanks! The scenery files themselves go into the Aerosoft parent folder under P3Dv4. Look for the Nassau sub-folders. If you want to move them then after doing it just edit the scenery.cfg which will be in ProgramData\LM\P3Dv3. Edited September 2, 20196 yr by Ray Proudfoot Ray (Cheshire, England). September 2, 20196 yr This area is being devastated by a hurricane today. Just thought I would mention that. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/02/world/americas/hurricane-dorian-bahamas.html

Dorian is centred further to the north and is virtually stationary. I hope everyone under it can remain safe. It’s a nasty one. Ray (Cheshire, England). All I found was a file in ...ORBX\FTX_OLC\FTX_VECTOR_FixedAPT\Scenery\ABP_MYNN. I removed it, but I still get default buildings. Edit: Solved - Remove the file "APT_MYNN" from the same directory. September 2, 20196 yr Moderator @duckbilled, glad you sorted it. I don’t have VECTOR so never encountered that problem. But generally, default buildings mean a conflicting BGL is active.
