I've recently needed Customer Service from JustFlight, and I have to say their response and assistance has been fantastic. They have listened to my issues and responded in a very positive way. I feel to often that good Customer Service happens with little feedback, so I wanted to take a few minutes to recongnise great Customer Service from  company software company/retailer/developer. Well done JustFlight.

JustFlight customer service and support has, in my experience, always been superb - patient, polite and helpful.

I agree entirely, I've even had 1 to 1 support on a Sunday morning from them, they get a big thumbs up from me.

With regards to the flightmodel of their Archer II, that by far is not my experience. Several contacts and discussions started, but now 1 year later nothing has changed!

I think I have to agree with this

My Archer bought 3 months ago constantly drifts to a right wing slow drop - using 2 different controllers

Saitek Yoke and T/master hotas X

I have tried to contact support - but kept being transferred to an outside source - and I gave up and having used the A/C since.

I agree with the comments about the company being very good and have bought a good deal of my aircraft and UK scenery over the past 10 years

from them.

I hope they are already working on A/cs for MS2020

Do you live in the UK? If so, this weekend's flightsim show at RAF Cosford would be a great opportunity to discuss this issue with the developers face to face

Thanks Chris

No - not for some 50 years - but live Downunder as a 10 pound pom- and would love to be at Cosford - and not just meet with the Guys from Just Flight - one of my favourite companies

I tried a number of different things - rudder trim - aileron trims etc - even reloading the download I bought. until I said S#D it!!

Not to worry - I love the new Albeo Saratoga I bought a few weeks ago from you - (I used to own one) - and I might be about to change to XP11 - which would mean a new purchase anyway - and in view of MS news today - I might just wait for your new Archer for MS2020🤩

My experience with JF is not the best either. 2 support tickets opened, some feedback but without the problems solved no more replies, nada.

I am happy ya all think that way. I can not say the same about JS. And I do not buy anything from JS anymore.
