I saw the announcement on FSelite earlier and I say this is indeed good news!!!!

Cool! My native state although I don't live there any more. I hope they do a good job with the shallow water colors offshore, especially in the Florida Keys extending out to Dry Tortugas.

X-Plane and Microsoft Flight Simulator on Windows 10
i7 6700 4.0 GHz, 32 GB RAM, GTX 1660 ti, 1920x1200 monitor

I lived and flew down there for about three years.  In my area the highest terrain was the dike around Lake Okeechobee or maybe an overpass on I75.  Am eager for the 'true colors' though - JV said they'd be retroactive for Washington, Oregon and NorCal.

Grew up in FL. Have family living in Okeechobee.  Would enjoy a Florida upgrade in Xplane.

It will be interesting to see if all the excellent freeware airports by Freddy De Pues will be compatible or do they plan to enhance all the airports. There are also a few nice payware airports including a KEYW. Their soon to be released KEYW also looks excellent.

Is there a link? Screenshots?

I lived west on SR70 at Arcadia.  Visited Okeechobee several times - went airboat riding on the lake and had gator and frogs at a nice restaurant.

The highest point I remember dealing with when making this was Sugarloaf Mountain at a sweat inducing 95 metres, good luck hiking up that monster 🙂

It seems the further south you go the flatter it gets - amazing in places how it remains above sea level.  Since you were on that development team Tony, how about some words on this "True Colour" (spelling).

When I went to Sarasota for years, I always wondered if Arcadia really existed. Until I went!

A nice release ahead. I remember some great vacations and will visit virtually again. Hope it will work with EYW by X-aviation.

Went through there many years ago on way to Sarasota. FL is an interesting place. Lots more than Orlando  and Disney.

A lot like 'Brigadoon' - when I left they were building a new Walmart superstore so things were lookin' up.
