They do say they will use the email I supplied but I do not recall which one i used.....

Today's (Friday) emails might not have started yet. I got mine 22 hours ago as part of their Thursday batch.

Try going to the Microsoft and Xbox sites, and attempt to access the settings from there (assuming you are already logged in). It might be visible somewhere.

Also check your browser for saved log-in information.

You will need to have registered using a Microsoft account and, assuming you're using Windows 10 (and if not you wont be getting an invite anyway), just type "email & accounts" in the search box next to the windows button and any Microsoft account associated with that PC will likely show.

About to give up aswell. Hopefully there'll be an open beta so we can try it before release. This crazy lotto invitation system is a trainwreck. People who registered wayyyy after me got accepted. I am not even mad right now. Just lmao at my pathetic luck and this entire fiasco.

Don't lose hope yet. There should be one more wave of invitations tonight (I don't think they will send any more over the weekend), and if the alpha build is indeed going well, then there should be a lot more waves over the next few months. Since there were quite a few users with 16GB and 8GB RAM that were invited, it means that the build is ready to be tested on a wider range of systems, and they'll want as many reports as possible.

Well, In that case Im still out, because 32GB ram. 
Also, i am done checking email and msfs website all the time. And now they even opened registration again.

I've had a run of rotten luck lately anyway. At this point, if I get an invitation, I consider it a welcome surprise, and a deviation from the norm.

I've read comments on reddit where some people have openly said they have no other flight sim experience. This makes me wonder how many people got picked who have no interest in actually beta testing and reporting bugs, instead they just want to be "cool" and have a go at a new game. Personally I feel like MS should have done a better of job of selecting people, I just hope for MS' sake their actually getting reports instead of a bunch of kids just flying around in the new sim.

I seriously hope the same thing. I was hoping for an invitation so that I could actually provide feedback to the developers and hopefully help improve the final release.

Yes they should have invited applicants over for interviews and also cover their travel costs lol. There is absolutely no way to make sure that 'bunch of kids' dont get in. Its the internet. You can never be sure. Also, I'd be lying if I said that MSFS hasnt made me feel like a kid again. And I sure as heck cant wait to take revenge on reddit posters who have been flexing their acceptance emails lol (i-e if I get one too)
