When I first signed up, I had 6700k, gtx1080 and 16 gb ram, since then I have the 9700k, rtx2080 super and 32gb so it looks like I’ve pretty much booted myself out with precision timing 😂

it’s ok we will all have it sometime this year though!

Is there a place where I can find the status of my application (whether in or not) next to my email.?

From what I heard just check the insider hub and if flight simulator appears on that list you’re in.

I decided to install the Xbox Insider Hub and it seems to be working fine, though the UI is a bit confusing. Where can I check which account is currently logged in, and where would I look for the alpha test?

I agree, the hub isn't intuative. Click on the actual "Insider Content" button on the left, this

I see that small "1" over the house icon, I have that too but can't seem to clear it out - what is that for?

No good news for me yet - must be due to my bust F5 key 😜

But I did notice this on the insider forum notes:

"Once the maintenance is over you will be required to install Alpha build from the Microsoft Store via the Xbox Insider Hub.

Thank you for your continued support and your patience. We are looking forward to releasing the new build to EVERYONE!"  (My capitalizing and underlining emphasis)

Us "Outside Insiders" have to live in hope (or clutch at straws!).  Whichever comes first …

😭

If you're talking about ALPHA then I doubt anyone can see it in the hub yet. They said they would start sending out info on how to access it from today (which is still 6 hours or so away for them).

They will continue sending these access emails all week.
