I think you find anything that requires a server may have problems due to the present demand on the WWW.

It's comment. Not a request for help.

Guys just turn "Live updates" in EF to OFF. Then it will continue to work just fine. Just select what weather you want manually in sim.

Once the server issues go away you can go back to live update weather if you want.

With the demand that has increased due to everyone working at home now and gamers and such our hosting firm that houses our servers is getting hammered.  We are low priority compared to the other services they handle.  We are doing the best we can and looking into other alternatives as well as updates/fixes to reduce the need for the servers.

If you need support please issue a ticket at: http://www.rexsimulations.com/support.html

There you can have your serial key reset, request a download and issue a general support ticket.  Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Thanks, I'll try that.

I've never had a bad experience with a REX product...at the worst only minor registration type issues.  Last week or so ActiveSky was crashing left and right because of corrupt data...so yes, these types of problems happen everywhere.  Jeesh, feels like I'm defending Florida from all the "Florida Man" stuff...wacky people live everywhere, its only the media that puts Florida in the title to get the clicks from jealous people living in the freezing north 🙂

They were moved over a week ago and have been up and running since. We might experience a very brief hiccup every now and then due to high server demand.
