Market Research on XP Aircraft

Featured Replies

Hey all. I'm doing some research into an article for aircraft relating to X-Plane 11. I won't use any personal data, just want to collate it up "e.g. 35% of people said...."

If you could answer the following, it will be really helpful!

- Which type of aircraft do you enjoy flying most?
- Which of the following aircraft are you most looking forward to:
A) FlyJSim Q4XP
B) iniBuilds A300
C) TorqueSim BN-2 Islander
- How aware are you of the above developers and their current projects?
Thanks in advance.

As for the content, I'm researching ways in which we can keep better tabs on in-development products and if people in the community are aware of on-going aircraft development.

Cheers

I enjoy flying both commercial and general aviation aircraft. Of the three you listed, am looking forward to the Inibuilds A300. (Really want their A380 the most)!

I visit all of the major FS sites including FSElite and was aware of all of the above developers and aircraft in development.

Second that.

Calum,

This may not be at all relevant to you as you would appear to be the "man on the spot" in most things Flight Simulation aviation, and not without a lot of clues.

I was just thinking that the recent Navigraph poll would give you most of the information you are looking for.  This, of course, does not cover any projected aircraft, sceneries or utilities.

For myself my favourites are the Zibo Collection, Challenger 300, ANYTHING Aerobask.

I am not looking forward to a, b or c but I really would like a Phenom 300 (with Navigraph pack) to add to my fleet.

I am not aware of your projects and mainly keep abreast of new developments through AVSIM, FSElite and Threshold

I suggest you create a poll/survey as it's not easy to collate data in this format.

Thanks for the comments.

I didn't create a survey as I need this to be quick fire and answer the questions above.

For those that took the time to suggest a survey - thank you. However, it would be more use to me to answer the questions also 🙂

As for Navigraph, they did a great job with the survey but I'm looking specifically for that information.
