Alpha invites next week

Recommended Posts

I mean, I signed up the day they announced this last August, I've heard nothing form them yet. I've played Microsoft Flight Sims since 1998.  Every version of it to date since then, but I've got nothing so far. I can only hope, that since my birthday is in 3 weeks, I'll get a birthday gift from Microsoft and be allowed to finally see for myself what all these other people keep posting photos of all the time. Nothing quite compares to real time. All these photos do not make me happy that the testing is being conducted, they just make me feel left out.

This is the week we are not going to be invited again! I also signed up immediately, it is a joke! Thanks for collecting all our system data for free, that is what they did, collect all our data by holding a big piece of candy in front of us!

I tell you what Robin, I didn't make any demand, I'm free to Opt Out or not buying the game if waiting becomes longer than I personally expected, it is not a threat, the game can live without me as an user, and it is very reasonable because I didnt subsribe for ''carrot bunny marketing feed'', I subsribed  to play and to test the game, if this is not happening already, as I subscribed in October , Im free to Opt Out, it is pretty much understanding.

I can show you a long range plane I'm working on:

It's random based off the specs, it's not a joke.

This coming from someone who signed up day 1 and is not in yet. I want to get in, but I'm not getting upset over not being in it.

Why worry everybody will get to see it after release then you can blame the testers for any bugs you find, I will not loose any sleep over MSFS still flying will not stop to wait for this, did see this.

Sending out an NDA for the user to sign and then storage this file which is a template, does not take a lot of work.

Wow. So you've clearly never been part of an NDA or a company that issued one. You don't have someone sign an NDA just so you can file it away in a drawer or folder somewhere and forget about it.

I haven't seen this specific NDA contract but I've been beholden to several in my past for various reasons. They can be very strict as in asking you to list all of your social user names and platforms you use, etc... The company then monitors those for potential breaches of the contract and possible litigation for damages incurred. That, MP15, is what takes the time and effort.

Making an aircraft for a simulator like i do takes Time and effort, there Is no time nor effort involved by inspecting an user who signed NDA because this user can set the social profiles to private anytime.

So there Is no time nor effort involved in this task in hands of a flunky job, which the only task Is to send out the NDA template to the user and the recieve It with the signature and then storage It by the only fact of making someone or something else look More important and this task can be fully automated anyways, and the algorythm detect the signature, docuemnts, sends, recieve, and storage. Even a cheap start-up can get that algorythm.

It Is not very different, when you are about to leave the supermarket and you fill out your information for some sort of shuffle with great prizes, but the only thing you Will get After are SMS and telemarketing calls.

Off topic but this would be the second request from me personally to sort your annoying- non functioning - signature picture “m944.png” out. Remove it please. It causes a massive white space in the forum, needing more scrolling than needed. It is blank, serves no purpose.

Thank you.

Hi Martin, I notice that the plane you are designing is for X-Plane.. And you post under the name of Pozzi M-944, with a reputation score of 16 on their forums, when introducing the aircraft that you are developing. Your MP-15 ultralight looks like an interesting aircraft.

Also interesting that you say, in the X-Plane forum that you dont believe in gravity! & that 'I never been attracted to planes and I-ve always been afraid of flying until i-ve met this simulator.' (X-Plane) That was in April 2019 & since then, it has taken you a year to say ....' i find flying so monotonous, boring and time wasting.'

Is X-Plane the only sim you have, or have you tried any of the other Microsoft products? In the meanwhile, why dont you try FSX & start designing for that sim? It has been said that FSX aircraft will be able to be ported over to MSFS & that will give you good designing experience. The only problem is that you will have to buy FSX or FSX:SE, you will not be able to get it free (like MSFS alpha testers getting their alpha version of the sim), & I'm sure that the FSX SDK is freely available for you.

By the way, gravity is actually quite real... Google it (& the earth is not flat either, if you think that)

From Wiki: Gravity (from Latin gravitas, meaning 'weight'[1]), or gravitation, is a natural phenomenon by which all things with mass or energy—including planets, stars, galaxies, and even light[2]—are brought toward (or gravitate toward) one another. On Earth, gravity gives weight to physical objects, and the Moon's gravity causes the ocean tides.

Gravity is most accurately described by the general theory of relativity (proposed by Albert Einstein in 1915), which describes gravity not as a force, but as a consequence of the curvature of spacetime caused by the uneven distribution of mass.

Anyhow...

I was refering to the center of gravity of my aircraft in terms of a density master point that I could control and variate position to get a better performance in different scenarios.

I dont have any simulator, i have XP demo and It runs 15 minutes and It Is enough for me as i have my own platform for dynamics testings.

I never seen FSX but i know the aircraft there Is data table driven dynamics and XP has blade element theory, so it lets me experiment and learn, so i  can organically agape my aircraft.
