I personally would like to see a mention of Captain Sim that was not then followed by a torrent of negative comment and recommendations to use someone else's products instead. I am just a Captain Sim customer who is fed up with the same old same old every time someone mentions them.

fair enough, but CS have the reputation they have for a reason..a torrent of negative comment will follow that, you cant defend that.

The quote "you made you're bed, now lay in it'' is ringing in my ears regarding the comments..

The topic has descended into a tedious repetition of a well worn tune that did not need yet another airing.

I prefer to judge by my own experience, rather than that of others. I personally have never had a problem with Captain Sim customer support but then I do not make a habit of visiting their forum and posting abuse. I also understand more or less how they think and I do not think that way of thinking travels well across the Atlantic Ocean. There must be a much less demanding customer base, as they are still here and still producing new products.

I respect anyone's view but maintain that there is absolutely no need to attempt to force that view on others at every opportunity, this topic being a perfect case in point. The OP asked a simple question, received a simple answer that was exactly correct and then the wasps come along trying to do down Captain Sim and push PMDG when this topic was not only answered but did not at any point ask for any recommendation at all.

If you want to get the Captain Sim, then get it. For the price its a nice plane and looks visually amazing. Sure the PMDG is better but I would know personally as I don't have it. I have nothing agenst either company but you gotta draw the line somewhere and $180 for a plane w -300 option is it for me. Can I afford it, sure. Maybe someday I will try it out. But for now I will enjoy the CS. You get what you want.

Mate I already told you, do your own research... google is your best friend. I’m still waiting for you to get that through your head. I’ve put the option out there that there’s a better 777... Yourself and the OP can search as into why and decide for yourselves... cmon you’re a big boy you can handle it. Stop sooking about it
