It’s on twitch so any questions/comments will keep auto-scrolling quickly like lines of code in the matrix movies. They’ll answer maybe just 1/100 questions if they’re answering questions from the chat.

Well, you guys can't be serious without asking some of the main questions from these forums. The main thread that comes to mind is flight model and how the plane moves. Can someone that is able to articulate a good question regarding that please do so so we hopefully can have peace of mind? 🙂

2nd question: Is the microsoft support team ready to assist customers come launch day, and would you care to give us some insight into what preparations you have made in this regard?

My question would be to ask for confirmation for once and for all that there will be no difference in user experience between the steam and windows store versions.

They have said you won't be able to pre-download before the 18th.  As far as support, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be all hands on deck on day one and every day thereafter.

Well that is not entirely clear to me, becaues a media representative said that on a twitter message to someone, while we had indications from the developers themselves that we might indeed be able to pre-download. Dont remember the source.

If you noticed another thread on this forum about a person having problems with his windows store app, he tried calling 3 times before they were able to help him. They didn't know about MSFS at MS support.

Yeah I hear you, but you can only pre-download the launcher.  I'll have to find the post again, but I'm certain you won't be able to pre-download the sim itself.
