August 13, 20205 yr Having thought about it, I may go down the Steam route as MS Store/Xbox app (Beta) likes to through out the "Administrator Privileges required" nonsense when trying to install a number of games. I've already had to correct that twice to get several games (and the MSFS installer & updates) to install, so Steam looks like an easier bet for me. I'll not vote in the poll just yet as I'm not 100% decided. With a free Gamepass trial until the end of October, I'm in no rush to purchase. But that will allow & force me to concentrate on a slightly smaller number of handcrafted airports and aircraft, whilst I can check out videos of the other editions from those who have them to help decide if the upgraded versions are worth it for me. August 13, 20205 yr I'm definitely not buying it now as there is no content at all. I'll re-evaluate as it evolves. Don't get me wrong, i think (and it looks like) this is the future, but add-on developers will ultimately decide on that, not the platform itself. August 13, 20205 yr Author Nuno, I would be with you should I have an alternative, which I don't 😕 I have been so disappointed with flight simulation during the last year(s) that I am looking at MFS as a last resort... My only option for the last months has been to use no sim at all, and I have seriously considered staying away from flight simulation for a good deal of time until something really worth the interest happens, but I am getting old fast, so, I'd better use it while my glasses still allow me to 😎 Edited August 13, 20205 yr by jcomm Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
