Saitek panels

Any plans to make saitek radio, switch and multi panels compatible?

Did not see any news about it. For now you can use it with spad.next. It works but you'll lost some fluidity because the simmconnect is not working... perfectly.

Now working with latest drivers from the Saitek site (recently updated just for MSFS).

The panels now work completely and perfectly for me - I was surprised.

Follow instructions carefully though!  Load MSFS, and when in aircraft, Alt-tab out, run Saitek software, the return to MSFS (Alt-tab back in).

Saitek say having to go through the above sequence will be fixed in the next patch/driver update.

It is already automatically started with the latest patch. You have to download the plugin from Logitech, run the installer once and you're good to go. No need to start the plugin separately.

I'm running V8.0.281.0 which appears to be the latest installer and it doesn't auto start. What is the patch version you are referring to?

Reviews I read do not speak favorably of this hardware?  Are they wrong?

Mine doesn't auto start either, so not sure what Andre is referring to.

Maybe he misunderstood, but I stil have to start the software after loading an aircraft, and Saiteks note refer to this as something left to be ironed-out.

I'm thinking of getting the Lorby software actually, as it does joystick sensitivity and curves as well, and handles other connected hardware.  Free trial, so I might as well.

Still impressed my panels worked though after all these years collecting dust!  Thinking of getting the radio one now for the full set.  They seem to be cheaper now than what I originally paid!

I downloaded the plugin and ran the installer before the patch.  Since the patch, it starts automatically for me as well.  Every switch worked except the avionics switch, so I thought "what the heck, I'll start the plugin separately as well and see if that fixes the avionics switch".  When I did that, I got a message saying another instance of the plugin was already running.

Can you post a link to download the Saitek drivers?  Are just just the large panels supported, or are the FIPs also supported? I have Radio (2), Switch, Multi, and BIP, plus 8 FIPs.

I have SpadNext but they are ignoring me for support.  Probably waiting til they think they have it right.

FIPs and Multi-Panel work fine with Spad. Haven't tried the Radio yet.

For support, try their Discord. Pretty responsive.

Is this enjoyable or what?  I just love this panel.

My SpadNext does not work at all. I have multiple support tickets filed, but, all have been ignored, other that a confirmation email that they received the ticket.  Worst serviced I have ever paid for.

My last reply from SpadNext on Discord was he would look into sometime when he was bored. That was about two months ago.  Not my idea of responsive for a paid product.

All panels, not sure about the rest, but back-track to downloads from the link I am posting.

The after update they were referring to was the second MSFS patch (1.8.3.0 I think). Mine start by themselves once the sim starts up. If I try to run the Logitech plugin myself after starting MSFS it tells me another instance is already running.

There is a problem with Windows 10 USB power management and you may need to unplug/replug in your panel's USB plug after MSFS is running (or use this patch for that at http://uraster.com/en-us/products/usbenhancedpowermanagerdisabler.aspx). .

Edit: This is the link I use for the Logitech panels software (switch/Mulit/Radio) - https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024692354--Downloads-Flight-Multi-Panel
