October 5, 20205 yr When I see all these fights here on the forum over which sim is better or whether MSFS is ready yet and all that, I wonder why some people think there is a need to agree on something in the first place? Or why do some people always try to convince others of their opinion? Everybody should just use the sim that they like best. And if they like then they should share their experiences or opinions on this forum. Others should just accept those opinions and not jump on them. There is no need to agree on anything here. We don't have to share a platform or have only one central server which can only run one of the sims so that we have to agree which one that should be. Just enjoy whatever you like. Apparently, there are a lot of people who like MSFS and a lot who don't. That's fine. Especially, when there is a new kid on the block, that has always been the case (FS9->FSX, FSX->P3D, etc.). Just move on... [email protected] ∣ Asus ROG Strix B650E-E ∣ 64Gb@6000MT ∣ NVidia 5090 FE

Its simply the human nature, its very hard to go lower once you experienced something better. Fly business once and flying economy next time will just make you feel bad. This reminded of when I tried to go back to FSX after trying P3D v4 with a PTA preset. I could never go back to FSX and I had to make P3D v4 work! It took a videocard upgrade, and I never looked back after that. Edited October 5, 20205 yr by DJJose MSFS

Didn't I say that sharing experiences is perfectly fine? It's those people that jump on these threads where people share their very nice experiences and try to tell everybody why MSFS (or other sims) is word not allowed. Those kinds of comments are annoying. [email protected] ∣ Asus ROG Strix B650E-E ∣ 64Gb@6000MT ∣ NVidia 5090 FE

October 5, 20205 yr I DO appreciate the world rendering in the new sim. It's absolutly beautiful. I simply want the other parts, ie: meteorological, mechanical, technical, physics, etc. to equal the look. I hope all parts will excel. For me I am waiting. Until a good level of content is produced and peripheral support catches up,vand most bugs are found and stomped out, I will enjoy FSX-SE. I might even migrate to Prep3d for awhile or even XP 11 after I add ram and let others mature the new sim awhile.

They want the maximum users for "their" simulator drawing add-on developers to it to realize their airport KXXX / plane BYYY yet missing. We all know a simulator without continuous addon support is virtually dead. I was wondering how the hell it did not bother me there are no cloud shadows for so long when using FSX. MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28
October 5, 20205 yr Awesome pic Jose. The lighting effects in this sim are incredibly real and in my view, unmatched by any other sim/addon out there. October 5, 20205 yr Why do fine posts like this always degenerate into the mud? Why do anti-posters think that they are so hyper-important? I really think that there is some kind of sim envy going on. Anyway the images in this post say it all.
