October 19, 20205 yr Got an email from Just Flight today telling me their 146 is on the finishing line, ready in November for V4 and V5. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
October 21, 20205 yr Sadly (for me) it's just the 146 and not the Avro RJ with the more advanced avionics. I'm not a steam gauge person. Cool for those that want to fly the 146 specifically, though. The Quality Wings 146 includes the Avro RJ and I've been flying that for years, but it's showing its age and QW is never quick to update it for new versions of P3D. October 21, 20205 yr I am reasonably certain that JustFlight are also hard at work on an Avro RJ upgrade pack for the 146.... October 22, 20205 yr I had great time in QW's 146 and RJ back in FS9 days (well, actually 2010~2015 for me...), but when I install it back on P3Dv4 just last sunday... I find I can't enjoy it anymore..... I didn't have experience on JF's stuff, judge by their website's description it seems.. good?

October 22, 20205 yr I have the Quality Wings 146, and it is a great product for the price. However, I cannot help noticing the inoperative switches/gauges/dials in the VC these days, and the autopilot has always been a bit "flaky" with respect to accurately following the trajectory on the ND (and controlling the airspeed during the final stages of descent/flap changes/gear extension etc). I am hoping that the JustFlight 146 is much better in these areas. October 22, 20205 yr There are a couple of VC screenshots of the Avro RJ on the JustFlight forum. Go to the JustFlight/In Development/146 Professional section. I am hoping that the JustFlight 146 is much better in these areas. I think "Flaky" might be generous - seems to turn way, way too early - breaking most approaches. I completely cheated and installed the GTN into the VC where the INOP Weather Radar is - that way I can either fly the approach manually OR use the GTN autopilot - which also gives you more functionality than the FMS in the first place..... October 22, 20205 yr Author I own many of their aircraft. Quality is from "just ok" to "excellent". The 146 seems to be promising based on what JustFlight shows on their web page. I will get it anyway as soon as it's released. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
October 22, 20205 yr I have both the QW and the old JF BAe 146 and always preferred the QW version. I own a number of JF airplanes, but somehow they always end up in the hangar after 2-3 flights. It is not even that they are bad, but I never found them interesting, except for the 146. For that airplane, however, QW offered the better package. Having said that, I haven't purchased JF airplanes in three years, maybe they upped their game. Peter
October 22, 20205 yr Author I love their Canberra and Vulcan. Alone the fully modeled fuel system keeps you busy. Also the TriStar. Not in any way close to the MadDog, but still enjoyable with the simulated INS. And I wait for their 747-100 and A300B4-200. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
