Just requested a refund. I can’t do this add on. I have an intel i9000k and a RTX 3080 plus 130GB of memory and the add on is giving like 10 frames. I refuse to dial down my settings. They have been fined tuned and will not touch them.

You obviously did not read my last response and are not interested in a quality KLAS.

I also want to put things in perspective. Emilios could have just released the airport and we would have paid full price for it. Then he could have released the city and charged extra for it and many of us would have paid for the city. DD has been doing that for years and it seems to be common practice.

I want to do everything I can do to help because it's an excellent add-on for MSFS and I'm grateful that it's available for us to enjoy.

I have great respect for FlyTampa but on this one the simply made a mistake.

That's a shame I have a mid grade computer and I'm getting 34 fps.  Not bragging just wondering why, as your computer blows mine away.

If you have great respect for FlyTampa, then you should have been more understanding and tried the suggestions given to you.

Nothing wrong with my computer mate. The issue is the add on. You are welcome to post a video with this add on and everything on ultra. Let’s us see how it looks.

No it's your computer.

It can't be the add-on if many are having excellent performance and no issues with CTDs.

But, we will never know because you are not willing to try my suggestions or press a button to the left or to the right. Ultra to High. Really?

Can you give me some time to try your recommendation? I will get to it. I own many FlyTampas and never had issues. They should have never released this with the ongoing performance issues.

I don't know how to do videos otherwise I would.  I have clouds and reflections on Ultra, everything else on high.  I did go from 4k to 1080 and that made all the difference I went from 17fps to 34fps.  It still looks great at 1080p and I'm sure it's not your computer I've read before about people with lower end computers getting good performance. I only have 16gb of ram for instance but everything is running fine I just had a good flight in DD's Chicago I put up shots in the screenshot forum if you want to see how it looks on my computer.

Not true. I have bought countless great and complex addons including huge airports in detailed areas suchs as FSDreamteams KORD and have no fps issues. I am sure Huascar is in the same boat who your response was directed at.

It's really not helpful to respond that way just because it works well for you and a few others here. There appears to be more people who have issues no matter whether they have a high end rig or not. We are experiencing the same fps. Show a little consideration than just telling us we are wrong. Quite unbelievable.

Excellent point. To blame these issues on the user and not the vendor is very unfair. I have very complex and busy add ons and have had no issues at all. I should not lower settings to fly over a strip with 200 buildings. No issues in NY, London or Miami. Nothing wrong with holding the vendor accountable.
