Anybody else know anything about it? It hasn't been released beyond that yet, but it's got some pretty amazing mapping feature enhancements. Our custom flight plan management and vnav will come to it soon as well. January 5, 20215 yr Briliant work as usual from the WT team. Are you guys planning to allow display of charts on the split screen MFD? Also, is there a way to activate the timer on the PFD. You can activate the timer on the Garmin control unit, but I can't get the timer to display on the PFD.
January 5, 20215 yr Update looks awesome with the weather radar / split screen, but I had several buggy issues with it when I used it the other day. Entering a direct to fix that was in my flight plan already caused the system to crash / get stuck on the direct to screen (luckily the second screen still functioned correctly), and the autopilot wouldn’t engage glide slope mode on the RNAV approach I flew even though the diamond was there. Try it if you want - awesome work - but be aware that you might encounter some bugs as it really is a beta! Edited January 5, 20215 yr by FlyingInACessna
January 5, 20215 yr Just giving the G3000 v 0.4.0 beta a try. The weather radar is very nice but how do you split the MFD screen as seen at the Discord site? John
January 5, 20215 yr Could not get it to draw the flight plan line at all. In the King Air it went dark 1/2 way thru the flight. was unable to get it to turn back on...😞 SAR Pilot. Flight Sim'ing since the beginning.
