I don't wear a wristwatch.  I never found the need to have a wizbang everything on it watch while I was flying in the real world and I certainly don't need one for sim flying.  I have no need for a stop watch.

I do have a pocket watch on a chain my son gave me for my birthday years ago.  It's large analog dial is easy to read and it's not cluttered up with anything else.

I wear no jewelry of any kind...not even my wedding ring.  I only wore it for one day when we got married.

All through my military career I always carried my dog tags in my pocket.  Sometimes a sergeant or officer would ask me where my dogtags were and when I told them they were in my pocket they would tell to put them around my neck.  As soon as they were our of sight I put them back in my pocket.  After making master sergeant nobody ever bothered me about them again.

I just have an aversion to wearing anything on my body.  Probably a psychological thing.  I buy jewelry for my wife so I am not against anyone else wearing chains and rings and ear rings and bracelets but they're not for me.

I’m the exact same way.

In fact, I don’t even own a wedding ring despite being married 15 year 😂 I’ve never liked wearing rings, necklaces or bracelets of any type.

Since my phone has a clock on it I never wore a watch either or considered it. 

That being said, I was surprised when I tried on the first watch that I bought and really like the way it looked. Granted, on both my watches I don’t use any of gadgets/timers, I just like the way they look and that style.

I don't think I have a fear of jewelry, I just don't feel comfortable wearing it.  I have no problem handling it.

But if I am a kosmemophobic I 've been living with it with so long I think I can continue avoiding wearing it without adverse effects.

Casio Edifice EF-527D-1AV. Somehow I lost it when I divorced 4 years ago. I could import the watchface into my smartwatch, but I'm not sure of making the integrated slide rule work.

I no longer miss this watch: during my last trip to the US, I purchased another one. I also got a black NATO strap for everyday usage with this watch, while saving the original one for fancier ocasions.
