MSFS has the most advanced flight model?

Thank you for posting that.  I just loaded X-Plane and tried the exact same thing.  I got stuck at about 70-80 degrees pitch up before it slowed down and stalled.

So I don't know if the creator of that video made changes to the flight model (quite easy to do) or if he did something else, but I could not reproduce that.

And here's the image just before stalling.

Just checking again...is that a payware 747??  Blame the 3rd party devs for that.  They're responsible for the flight model.

Picture? You must be desperate. Why don't you post a video?

I think (I hope)  it's just all said in the heat of the moment. The reality is that people will say things online in anonymity they would never say or even think in real life. If everyone who posted on these forums, both this and the XP forum ever met I have no doubt that they would all get along just fine. After all, we have more in common than not.

For the most part.  Without mentioning any names, there are 3 people I have no interest in talking to here or in person.  And 1 of them thought it was pertinent to mention my daughter in a past post, just to make a point.  (Context is everything)

Disagreements are fine.  The world would be a very boring place if everyone agreed on everything.  Just keep it civil and use common sense.

Well I plead guilty to petulance, grumpiness, talking rubbish, hypocrisy, tribalism, annoying nonsense and all else. But I would be mortified to think that anyone thought I harboured any ill will or even took me seriously! As for common sense - this is 2021!😀

Keep personal attacks out of it.  Keep family members out of it.  Keep mental health out of it (Some people in here [the X-Plane forums], especially [name withheld] needs therapy...), and everything, as far as I'm concerned, is fine.

Who knows.  We might even cross paths at Cosford when flights resume.

Hey guys

Did it occur to you by any chance  that there is an XP forum ?

That your soul searching  about your favorite or ex-favorite sim, Austin's baby, and your inner feelings about personal interactions on this forum are not really what this MFS forum is made for ?

Absolutely, and we go there often.  Are these MSFS forums banned to us?  We see some MSFS users come to the X-Plane forums quite often.

I'm sorry if what we're discussing, in some way, offends you, but you can always choose not to read it.  Segregation is hardly the answer.  The main focus of the discussion was flight models, and X-Plane was mentioned very early.

Good grief. Looks like Mr. "Oh, they have a TBM in their sim so they must be plagiarizing me", and "Austin got a lunatic email, so that's enough proof for me to believe that Asobo is plagiarizing XP's FM (well, it's just my personal belief, and I always give people the benefit of the doubt), "seeds of suspicion" is pinging me.

Yes, I did mention he has a daughter. The reason I mentioned this is that in the XP forum, Janov (who I'm sure will be happy to see this brought up again, but now that Goran 'the seeds of suspicion' M has decided to bring it up) is because Janov made a misogynistic remark about MSFS fans waking up with "ugly chicks", and I asked him if he was ok with his daughter growing up in a world where his dad's friends made that kind of joke. I referred to the fact you have a daughter, and fail to challenge misogyny in your friends.

BTW,  friend of a friend who was drinking in a bar in Luxemborg recently said he overheard a story that some of the Asobo guys were going to let the air out of the front left wheel of Austin's Ferrari. Do you think I should send Austin an email to warn him...?

Its funny how people are ok with people badmouthing X-Plane - here in the MSFS forums - but want everyone that defends X-Plane - here in the MSFS forums - to go to the X-Plane forum 😆.

It does not offend me I find it tiresome that you guys hijack  good threads on other forums to preach Austin's gospel. You add to that a personal touch about with your quirks about  mental health, family matters and whatnot.

And please, a little decency, do not use big words like segregation !

Just to follow up on that one - yes, I am personally totally fine with that.

The tedious stupidity of MFS f*nboys predicting repetitively  the demise of XP  on this forum is no excuse for your trolling.

It certainly has - but we don´t utter the ridiculous demand for our protagonists to "go back to the MSFS forums" like some sore looser that takes his ball home when his team loses.

You still haven't addressed your plagiarism accusations yet. Care to comment about the fact that you are accusing Asobo of stealing your work? When you make crazy accusations like that, mental illness comes to mind. Gonna make a YouTube video about the whole situation
