If they turned out as many GPU's as drivers we'd all be happy 😊

Yeah, they have nothing else to do as clearly, they are not making GPU’s at the moment.

The colour sliders etc. are active for me with this driver in Nvidia Control Panel.

I must admit, they were greyed out for me to start with, and I think I had to click on a radio button somewhere in the settings, on the same page, and then they were active.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Normally it’s all placebo with new drivers, but in VR these drivers have drastically improved the experience. There is no more lagging now. Much better experience.

That's my basic setting now but no magic here unfortunately

I tried this too, had zero effect on my frames or smoothness...

Placebo maybe?

You do realize there's a chip shortage because of Covid right?

Plus all the a-holes buying up all the GPUs for cryptocurrency purposes.

Though since China started cracking down on it some GPU prices have dropped.

T'was tongue in cheek..... but yes, no question about it, Covid is responsible for all the worlds problems.

About time they put the brakes on, that's global warming right there. But the melting icebergs will also be blamed on Covid....

I only use VR, and I haven't seen any change, but at least it didn't get worse 🙂

This driver tanked my system (MSFS) by about 25% and introduced stutters galore at my home airport. I thought WTH, I normally have no issues with driver updates. Switched back to previous driver, all is well.

Sometimes "computing" makes you scratch your head. Strange things happen...

I haven't noticed any impacted performance. You might need to do a clean driver install.
