My second flight since SU5 did not cause any problems although I have the washed out colours.

For me, a big plus is the ability to switch on the taxi guide lines (them blue things) via the assistant.

My problem is with the NXi where I have not been able to activate a procedure (and not set minimums) in the D62 and D62X. Is there anywhere a discussion/forum about using the NXi on MSFS?

HI, we are already heavily into fixing some issues like the one you described for the next NXI update. The workaround for that one would be to close the procedure page and open it again. There is a timing issue.

I'm waiting for an update on the DA62X before really diving into the NXi.

Is there a user guide like your excellent CJ4 for the NXI yet please? Mouseover on several buttons simply state "Soft Key" so I am unsure if this is new speak for "inoperative" or I have simply not figured out how to operate it correctly.

The nxi crashes the FBW A320nx  and also seems to conflict with the pms GTN750 for me. I've had to delete it. Will the WTG1000 be updated for SU5?

@jarmstro The WT G1000 mod is updated for SU5. But at this point it is basically the stock one with engine pages.

We didn't hear about any definitive mod conflicts yet. Which from a technical perspective seems unlikely, since the NXI is its own instrument and not based on any files in the stock code.
But if you have more details, feel free to provide.

EDIT: Looking at FBW Discord the devs mention, they see no conflict with their latest dev build A32NX and NXI

@Espana Pete There is no guide yet. Since the NXI is heavy work in progress, it would have to change too often right now. Also the CJ4 one was mostly created by members of our community, so who knows if they pull one up again 😉
We are working on dimming the inop functions in the Avionics like we did on the CJ4, so it is more clear if a function is not enabled yet.

Well I'll try again but when I had the nxi installed together with the GTN750 the A320nx CTDd. Removing ether the nxi or the GTN cured the issue.

EDIT. Tried again. CTD with the FBW. No CTD if I remove either the nxi or the GTN.

Maybe lost in translation but did you try having A32NX and NXI but no GTN?

Having just the NXI from the marketplace and latest FBW dev, should work fine imo. Make sure you don't have the WTG1000 mod in community also.

Yes. The FBW is fine with just the nxi installed. And it's fine when just the GTN is installed. It's when you have both the nxi and the GTN that I get a CTD. I don't have the G1000 mod installed.

Sounds more like an issues between NXI and GTN then. But right now, we wouldn't really know what causes it.

Should ask the GTN dev what his current investigation concludes.

EDIT: Didn't really see other reports of issues like that. So it may as well be on your end

Are people noticing bugs with the new NXI ?

I select an approach press ENT and nothing happens.  If I go back in a second time it seems to.

Then I had a tight turn to the approach more than 90 degrees and the aircraft when into a nose dive!

But here's a question, is it possible to save the wind option so it's still present the next time I load a new flight in MSFS ?

I already reported this on WT's Discord: one issue I am having is that a MSFS generated flightplan, including SIDs and STARs will only partially load into the NXi . Tried it twice, and only the SID was loaded, no further enroute waypoints and no destination airport.

Ah! So that's the reason why everytime I load the FBW A320 for the first time I get a CTD ! Wasn't aware of it being caused by the NXi mod ...

Well I'm not sure it's just the nxi mod. 

I can’t get it to follow a simple direct to in the DA40, let alone an approach, but both work fine in the C172🤔
