October 8, 20214 yr Well - Murphy, my lodger, was quite fascinated while watching this me. And now he's giving me the "they're right, you know..."-look. Cheers Mallard
October 8, 20214 yr Author I made a serious error this morning. I showed my cat a mouse video. He was err... quite interested. Unfortunately he leapt up at the screen, Luckily no damage. Try Murphy with the mouse video on your TV. He will love it...

They worshiped them as gods for a reason. Although my cat has fleas at the moment and I struggle to comprehend a godlike creatures getting fleas. Wouldn't they just wish them away with a single thought?
October 8, 20214 yr Thanks Martin! Since I am owned and managed by a consortium of four cats I can well appreciate the rendition. You get an A+ for this. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.

October 8, 20214 yr You don't know what you're missing Fr. Bill. Cats have it over dogs in one important area. They are low maintenance. Yeah, some people have to clean out the litter boxes but that beats picking up dog poop in the back yard. For us it's very easy. I have door flaps in three doors in the house. One to the car port, one to the back yard, and one to the side yard. They go outside and bury it. We've never had to open a door for our cats to let them in or out. Two of our cats were feral cats that we fed in the back yard and they decided to stay. Two of them were born in the basement when one of the feral cats turned out to be pregnant. We kept two and gave away two. I find dogs too friendly. Our cats are just about right. They will sit on your lap for a while when your watching television, but not too long. And they never lick your face. If I want cat to come I just have to shake the box of Temptations. They can't resist those. Noel Edited October 8, 20214 yr by birdguy The tires are worn. October 9, 20214 yr One of my cats, the mama cat, likes to sleep on my desk behind the monitor. But when I'm flying and she hears the engine noise she likes to sit beside the monitor and watch me fly. She's my co-pilot. Dogs don' have the attention span to do that. And most of them are too big.
