lol...I couldn't use the word that starts with an i and ends with t. I was describing my incompetent, not to others!

In My Hangar, it said I have 32 planes before installing the BonanzaTurbo. After I installed the Bonanza Turbo it said I have 32 planes. I didn't realize the Turbo version 'replaces' the regular FS2020 version. DOH!

This has been an issue for a few people who don't realise that it 'replaces' the default version.

It would be much better if it sat alongside the default version, like the other Bonanza replacement project does, as having the Turbo Bonanza installed can cause at least one of the experience flights not to load (Westray to Papa Westray I believe), as I found out!
In my view, these mods should never replace the default aircraft, but sit alongside them.

The C152 improvement mod was made into a separate item last year, as the C152 is also used in some of the default missions and the third party VFR training pack.  Works great now, and doesn't affect the default missions.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

When I Select Aircraft off the Main Menu - I have a Default G36 and a separate Turbo G36 - each with their own liveries.  The Turbo G36 has a separate thumbnail and information section in the Selection window.

I'm using the Bonanza Turbo with V4.1 and I would like to know whether Reverse Thrust has been modelled in this Turbo version.

I can't get RT working using the same bindings and method that I have used for the TBM 930, which is working as expected.

My sim is MSFS2020 with the latest update. My controller is a Logitech X52 HOTAS and Throttle.

Errrr what?  There is no reverse thrust in the bonanza.

The "turbo" in Bonanza Turbo is turbocharged, not turboprop. See

The TBM930 is a turboprop, so a totally different kind of engine than the Bonanza Turbo, which is actually an aftermarket mod.

Thanks for that clarification. I have spent a lot of time searching for an answer for this but have always only used the term Turbo, therefore not appreciating the difference that you have explained, thanks again.

Now to screw you up even more hehe....some owners have installed a turboprop on their Bonanza hehe

wow that is quite a mod! I wonder if you have to use reduced power for take off, this must be a rocket!

Do you think @robert young could be persuaded to do a mod for that Turboprop version of the Bonanza, with Reverse Thrust of course😉 😉
