Posted this before,  but for $2 USD anyone can purchase excellent sounds for the Twotter.    (and about 30 other MSFS aircraft)

He is also working on a soundpack for AIG's mod,   and Kaiii3 has stated that the sound pack will be incorporated into AIG when it's completed.

I wonder if this version works with the MSFS marketplace version of the Twin Otter. I got the Twin Otter on discount in the MSFS marketplace last month because it was on sale. I know this sound file from FTSimPlus works with the version of the Twin Otter from Aerosoft's site, but I am wondering if it also works with the MSFS marketplace version too.  It's not clear on their page whether it works with the MSFS marketplace version or not.

if the soundfiles are not enrypted it should work, not sure how the MP Version is structured. But best is to ask over at FTSim+

The sounds are not the only issues with the Twotter,  It flys like a piece of cardboard IMO.

Yes,  it works with the Marketplace version.   I own that version.   The soundpack is just a mod folder which you drop into your community folder.  Easy.

Isn't this $2 USD per month? This is $24 USD per year...

Yes,  $2 per month.   But you can just sub for 1 month,  download whatever you desire,  and then cancel your subscription before the next month is due.

Check this out with a good set of headphones on,  or a good sub.

Incredible sound for the FA-18 with headphones. The author’s sound pack for the twin otter is not to shabby either!

I am going to sign up.  I won't abuse his system though.  I will leave my subscription in place for a minimum of a year.  It seems to be amazing value.

Don't know about the marketplace one but it no longer works in SU10 with the non marketplace  version. You have to place the Twotter in the official folder but since SU10 the plane no longer shows up. Maybe it could be made to work with the new load order tool?

Hey, thanks for the heads up!  Yeah, I am worried about these types of mods for this reason.  They don't work from Sim Update to Sim Update.  Now you are confirming this sound mod for the Twin Otter doesn't work for Sim Update 10, just  as I worried.

Yes indeed. In SU9 you could put planes and maybe other stuff in the official folder. But Asobo seemed to have stamped on this practice in SU10.
