September 9, 20223 yr Not everybody has seen performance benefits from the beta releases. I saw a big improvement in stuttering and a small improvement in fps. And even more fps improvement with DLSS. Some people who have not been in the beta may not see so much good stuff. About a week later I upgraded Ryzen cpu 3600 to 5600X and gpu 2600super to 3700. The improvements in performance between the beta and the hardware upgrade was about equal. Both did lots of good things on my system. I'm not sure which did more. I feel sorry for those that can't do DLSS. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

September 9, 20223 yr My own card, a 1070, doesn't support DLSS. But the DX12 optimizations really made a huge difference for me in FPS and smoothness. I'm excited about getting them back.
