I have had a lot of them.  Can't trace the issue at the moment, but very frustrating.  Seems to happen when going out to a browser or the desktop using the windows key.  DX11.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Update.

Still does it half way through loading with an empty Community folder, but I can get in to the sim if I pick 'safe mode' on top of this.

This tells me it is something third party in the official folder, like a Carenado aircraft or other marketplace aircraft.   Really frustrating!

There's an issue that some of us with Carenado Aircraft have  Ctd;s(Quite a big thread on the mSFS forum about it) I could'nt load the sim any further than the Canada splash screen (Improvements) I removed all Carenado aircraft and cvt files and backed them up to another drive. The sim runs fine, i then tried yesterday to narrow it down a bit, and most are now re-installed bar the PC12 and WYMF Both caused  CTD'strying to install them via download in the sim.

This has only started during Beta 11, from the get go for me, and dually reported.

I have gotten that error message and subsequent CTD and do not have any Carenado aircraft. Until the first update is issued for SU11 I am back to DX11. No problems yet with SU11 since doing that.

Sincere thanks for that.  I have both of those.  I will drop them both out of the folder tonight and give it a go.

Rollback the video driver (522.xx) may have issues. Only can try if not its 3rd party.

That's what I did.  Went back to the previous version.  Sim running good now.

GONE BOATING - It's like fishing, but with a clean deck.

Running with 522.xx and no crashes. DX12. I didn’t even bother to clear my community folder before installing the beta. Everything seems solid, except using AI traffic causes FPS to drop badly after an hour or so.

Righto!  After hours of testing, I finally got MSFS to load and have been flying for hours.
I was having two types of crashes.  Crash to desktop half way through loading, sometimes with a 'squelch' noise, and the pop-up 'memory could not be read' occasionally.
This is what I did...

Drag all Carenado aircraft to a backup folder (it didn't work when I just took out just the PC-12 and WYMF5 - See why later)...
I also noticed FSUIPC v7 popping up on start up (I forgot about that).  So I fully uninstalled this and a related Landing Rate Calculator program, which I believe was my reason for installing FSUIPC in the first place.
This might be a red herring, but I have had no pop up 'memory could not be read' messages since.  Maybe SU11 needs a new version of FSUIPC?  But I don't really use it now anyway.

Since then, MSFS (SU11 beta) has been loading and running perfectly.

I have quite a large community folder.  120 GB with hundreds of items.  This has been reinstated and MSFS loads perfectly still, so it was nothing in there.

Since then, I have reinstalled Carenado: -

Cessna C182
Cessna C337
Mooney Ovation
PA-28 Arrow
PA-34 Seneca
PA-44 Seminole

I have also added Bagolu's new and absolutely fantastic Cessna / Reims Rocket from flightsim.to, and bought the PAC-750 XSTOL.

Still no problems.

Then I found adding back in the Carenado PC-12, WYMF5, AND the Cessna C170b caused the start up crash again.  So that is why simply removing the PC-12 and WYMF5 didn't work for me earlier - the C170b was also causing it.
I confirmed this by reintroducing the C170b all by itself, and bang, straight back to desktop at about 50% loading.  So those three need an update for SU11 it seems.

I will continue testing, but without FSUIPC, Landing Rate Calculator, and those three Carenado aircraft.  I have now been flying for hours, but what a saga to get there!

EDIT: I wonder how they will update the Carenado aircraft from the marketplace if MSFS can't load with them.
It will have to be an MSFS program fix I suppose.  After all, they worked perfectly before the SU11 beta, so it must be that rather than the aircraft themselves.

Note:  SU11 beta, DX11, 4k, DLSS quality, most settings ultra.  FSRealistic 2.0.6 update also working well - no issues and some great new features.
