October 19, 20223 yr Hello guys, NVIDIA released a new studio driver version 522.30. Any experiences?
October 19, 20223 yr Having Googled this for release info. I don't see anything there that seems to benefit msfs in any way, so unless I hear anything to the contrary, I will be sticking with the latest game ready driver. Thanks for bringing this to our attention though. Ryzen 5800X3D, Nvidia RTX5080 - 32 Gig DDR4 RAM, 1TB & 2 TB NVME drives - Windows 11 64 bit MSFS 2024 Premium Deluxe Edition Resolution 2560 x 1440 (32 inch curved monitor)
October 19, 20223 yr Yep, likewise. If there is no specific mention of MSFS in the release notes, or general performance / quality enhancements, then I am sticking with what I have. Everything is working fine with my current driver using DLSS, apart from the slightly fuzzy flat screens which are tolerable at 4k with a bit of sharpening, and that is up to Asobo to figure out anyway. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.
October 19, 20223 yr I play other games, therefore I always update. Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1 Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

I do have Cyberpunk 2077 on my desktop but I haven't touched it for months, but my old favourite Company of Heroes gets bashing occasionally! Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). Wasn't sure if you were aware this was the studio driver. 👍 Alvega CPU: AMD 7800X3D | COOLER: Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240L Core ARGB | GPU: RTX 4070 TI Super 16GB OC | Mobo: ASUS TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI |RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000MHz PC5-48000 2x16GB CL36 | SSDs: WD Black SN770 2TB NVMe SSD (WIN11), WD Black SN850X SSD 2 TB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 NVMe (MSFS), Crucial MX500 2TB (Other stuff) | CASE: Forgeon Arcanite ARGB Mesh Tower ATX White | Power Supply: Forgeon Bolt PSU 850W 80+ Gold Full Modular White

October 19, 20223 yr Clean install. Still caused the Memory CTD. Went back to 517.48 and is stable with DX11. Wont compare to others results but it looks like time to retire the 3060. Edited October 19, 20223 yr by 40track
