December 1, 20223 yr Very Nice! When I was flying in the Air Force, we had this form called "report on services". If you landed at an airbase and the support was lacking or it was good, you would submit that form. In your case above, I definitely would have submitted based on the plow job🤣. I was sitting alert one night and was alerted to fly into KOFF at 2AM. It was a full up snow storm and we had to kill the landing lights to be able to see on approach. We break out, pound it in and it felt like we were off roading. We cleared runway and complained and they responded, "you are the first arrival, the runway hasn't been plowed yet😑". They knew we were coming for 2 hours. On departure, I needed to be de iced on the spot and at the end of the runway to meet hold over times. They didn't want to de-ice us on the spot. They wanted us to go to the deice spot and then back to VIP. That wasn't happening and they finally did it at VIP parking after a threat to delay the flight.
