December 2, 20223 yr I've arrived at a couple of flights recently (into DD KJFK and Aerosoft MYNN) and the jetways are floating above ground like this https://imgur.com/Vk6oPGb Can anyone help? thanks AMD Ryzen™ 9 9900X3D, AM5, Zen 5, 12 Core, 24 Threads, 4.4GHz, 5.5GHz Turbo 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MHz Corsair Vengeance 32GB GeForce® RTX 5090 Graphics Card
December 3, 20223 yr If you're running GSX you might try restarting COUATL. I have this issue whenever landing, but restarting COUATL from the menu resets them to ground level for me. Daniel
December 3, 20223 yr Seems to be a known issue since GSX Pro was released. Hopefully fsdt will be able to fix it sometime. Orman

Daniel I tried restarting Couatl but all the jetways then disappeared, couldn't access the GSX menu, and the GSX option in the add on menu had also disappeared. Loads of problems with FSDT GSX updates recently. Extremely frustrating. December 3, 20223 yr There was a button you could press in GSX options (opened from in-flight), and it would replace the jetways to the correct elevation, but I don't remember well which one. Best regards,Luis Hernández Main rig: self built, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D (with SMT off and CO -50 mV), 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Nvidia RTX 5060Ti 16GB, 256 GB M.2 SSD (OS+apps) + 2x1 TB SATA III SSD (sims) + 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD (storage), ID-Cooling SE-224-XTS air cooler, Viewsonic VX2458-MHD 1920x1080@120-144 Hz (G-sync compatible), Windows 11. That wont resolve the issue, broken further with the GSX Pro release and outstanding since May 2020

It only fixes an issue with altitude discrepancy against the afcad it does not resolve the broken GSX function as posted on the FSDT forum since 2020 and exacerbated since GSX Pro. Acknowledged by the developer and still awaiting a fix.
December 3, 20223 yr Will FSDT airports work without GSX Pro? That does seem to be the cause of some issues. Vic green

Hi Vic, In recent versions of GSX (for P3D), yes FSDT airports do basically work. I have been messing around with adding SODE GSX gates to FSDTs Zurich and this version of GSX works, however as described above, a recent GSX bug leaves the gates "high and dry" when you arrive at the airport. As far as I know, this bug affects all airports in P3D version of GSX not just FSDT airports, but is not apparent when positioned at the departure airport, it's only visible once you have landed at the destination airport. December 24, 20223 yr Author I've just landed into KJFK and again the jetways are still floating despite me having done all the FSDT updates. Are they trying to fix this?
