December 17, 20223 yr A tiny meteorite or some tiny bit of space junk that is in orbit. Might also be a manufacturing or assembly defect that finally made itself known. Actually they do have something like that. They carry patch kits. If a naughty micro-meteorite pokes a hole, they slap the kit on the inside. Pressure is inside of course so that's a huge help. For bigger holes they have to evacuate the section, Don pressure suits, then go in and patch the whole.
