I agree if it is true, but they might have actually done a deal, we don't know yet, and they aren't using the official Sienar Fleet Systems logo.  

Lucasfilm / Disney / Pixar can look after themselves anyway, and I have no sympathy for their copyright position. 
I had to shut down a perfectly good desk lamp business because of them!
