Asobo releases Driver warning to lower than 531.30

Using DX11 TAA I used the 528.49 drivers for months and never encountered the (nvwgf2umx.dll) crash but after installing driver 531.68 it happened twice within a few days so went back to 528.49 and haven't had a problem since.

I went back to 531.39 after tried the latest 2 which caused the GPU error.

All back to working great since I did that. Using a 4080 and 4090.

Had my first CTD in ages the other day, could've been anything but rolled back to 531.29 anyway just to be safe (DX11 not using 12)

I have no problem with the last driver or the previous ones and I see no pop-up window. 
I’m in DX12 and 371.79. Curious about your pilot problems.

I'm on DX12 on the latest driver and have no problems. Seems just some people are having those problems.

For those that have no problems, even in DX12, I wouldn't recommend going to an older driver.

So, the warning/recommendation ought to read: if using DX12, you might encounter issues, instead of this general voodoo panic recommendation: Roll back your drivers!

I hope folks are personally testing and experimenting with GPU drivers and not just blindly updating, as the latest aren't always the greatest with Nvidia and software titles like MSFS, DCS, etc etc

I've been running 531.68 since the 25th of April with a 4090, on DX12, and haven't had any problems. I haven't seen this warning message, either.

been updating the  drivers  to the  latest  all the  time  so  far  have  hadn't  any  issues  at all,  not  using DX 12
