June 4, 20233 yr Author Thanks for your kind words and advice. I now have ads blocked on my iPhone. But if they reappear which sometimes websites seem to circumvent ad blockers and I see one flashing ad which will make me go into a seizure I'll have to quit this site. Jack Sawyer

June 4, 20233 yr AVSim is the only site that gives me problems on my iPad with Google ads as the banner runs vertical over text that I am reading. Often an issue when I respond as I have to scroll around to finish what I want to say. Thankfully the YT channel PBS Spacetime recognized this when I contacted them and removed all flashing graphics and glitch transitions. Jack Sawyer

For a web site to survive financially, they must draw people to the adverts...So, again, I repeat...we are the product that Avsim is selling. Sherm

Alternatively, give an ad-free experience to donors. Set a fee that compensates for the lack of ad clicking and benefits those who cannot (for whatever reason) use ad-blockers.
