This applies to "private" airfields... as stated in the doc you link to..

Thought it was the same for all airfields. So for other airfields it is still 4000ft?

I believe the "4000 feet" is a canard... That applied to the GNS database revamp in 2016.

“4000 feet.  Yeah, that’s the ticket. And well tell them only left traffic airports too.”

Can you check if TGPZ, NTTP or LPPM are in the TDS GTN database?

Checking is very simple.  I would encourage any potential buyer to do it himself to exactly know what to expect. Install, in the sim Community folder, the PMS free version of the GTN and, on your desktop, the PC version of the Garmin Trainer which goes into the TDS GTN Xi.The Garmin Trainer is not so bad at all contrary to what has been said. And the db was refreshed in July.

Repeating over and over and over the same arguments about the database which barely hide  a "I bought it so it cannot be but perfect" has unfortunately not allowed to shed much  light, from an user point of view, on the other  weaknesses and strengths of both products.  A little bit, like the graphical design of a  FP (the rubberband tool ; Bert & Alvega)) o the loading of the FP (Michael) but hardly anything on the vertical profile, the planners , the TAWS etc.

Maybe this thread has run its course. At the discretion of the moderator to close it. As the OP, I wouldn't mind. at that time

Thanks for checking, Bert. Looks like you were right about the 4000ft canard then. 😉

One last check for an airport with less than 2000ft runway. TFFS, does it have it?

Coverage with the TDS GTNXi seems worldwide. Small airfields in the Netherlands as EHDR and EHST are there. The map shows all the airspaces as well. Same goes for Australia, where I also checked. It appears the Garmin trainer is not that bad.

Nevertheless, I own both GTN renditions. That way I can have a 750 as well as a 750Xi 😎
