It is closer to being 'systems complete' than the default (I don't like the term study level), and although the FWB is superb, it uses the old visual model, which is far from perfect, and I am not sure Xbox users can use it.

Also, the Fenix is the classic Airbus model, not the Neo.  This matters to picky flight-simmers, as we know!  The engines are a big change between the models of course.

Same here. Just a circle.  No effect on the sim. 

I must have a completely different version of SU14 then the rest of you guys. I'm getting much better performance, sky and ground colors look much better, and the entire sim just seems to look better = everywhere.

On top of that I've been able to increase my AI traffic level from 38% to 85% with no performance hit.

ATC seems to be doing much better on climb. I got to 40,000 ft yesterday without having the plane start to level off anywhere because I got my clearance to the next altitude too late. Unfortunately, on descent it seems to ignore the altitude constraints on the star that you are flying. It kept me at 25,000 ft for way too long.

And somewhere along the line, they managed to fix that constantly repeating ATIS from KFRR that was being picked up for hundreds of miles and couldn't be turned off when flying the TERPZ SID out of KBWI.

Overall, I think it is a good update.

1: Jorg wants to up the quality of all the default airplanes. Hense the WT updates to the 747/787

2: The FBW does not have: a correct glareshield, sec flight plan, RNAV approaches, Missed approaches. The ini version has these.

I have an idea to fly in a window mode to see is there any information submitting online during this circle rotation. I suspect the Sim sends some information to MS and that French-Scandi gang.

They cannot.

Once ini fix the stuttering and VNAV issues (they claim they are on Discord, just waiting for Asobo to send out a new patch), I think the ini will replace the FBW for me. At least until the FBW gets more features.

 

I wonder if we will even get another SU14 beta patch, we're a week out from release, unless they delay it.

The EFB also has a take off calculator which is very convenient.
