Frame generation for all RTX cards

Recommended Posts

I tried but had some of those disappearing textures that I guess folks get with DX12.  I'm going to sit this out until it gets more stable.  Best of luck to all of you.

Yep - same here.  I can't get my head around the texture bleed through.  I'm not sure how other simmers deal with it.

Guys please do some research before answering. I've been using this mod with a GTX 1080ti since December 22nd and it's been one of the best things to happen to MSFS this year for me, the results are incredible.

What you will need to do is use a fake nvapi64.dll replacing the nvapi64.dll file in system32 with with nvapi dummy from https://github.com/FakeMichau/nvapi-dummy you can find a fake nvapi64.dll on DLSS2FSR Discord too. (rename the existing nvapi64.dll into something else as backup). Then the rest of the installation was the same, copy the mod contents to the game exe folder and run the registry override thingy, enable HAGS. The frame gen option ingame will work, DLSS option will be available but for obvious reason will not work.

The only problem is that you will lose access to the Nvidia Control Panel while using the fake nvapi64.dll, so whenever you need to change something in the Nvidia Control Panel you must go back to the original nvapi64.dll, restart the computer and it will be available normally.

Sorry to ask or if I overread something. How do I get the fake nvapi64.dll. I don'T find it in the discord or on the download of the github page.

I only see this at the departing airport. Never noticed it after landing.  I switch to drone cam and go up until the textures load and then move the drone back down (a little slower than I went up). After pressing insert to get back in the plane all textures are present again and I continue as normal.

Minor inconvenience in my book.

Completely smooth and double the framerate display,  makes it easy to cope with a small inconvenience.

Wow! Just Wow!

My 3060Ti has miracolously turned into a 4k series expensive GPU!

I love AMD and the modders who write the code!

Have VSync set to ON on NCP.

Don´t select FSR2 in the options of MSFS. Go with nvidia DLSS (this is actually FSR3 now, thanks to the mod I believe). You´ll have external view UI issues but other than that works pretty well. Check my earlier post for more details.

thank you !! finally worked that way, i tested with the 220 version files and worked

Should I delete the shader cache when doing this mod? I get stutters when panning around inside the Fenix A320.

I didn't do that, and I was even in DX11 before, and I couldn't notice any quirks so far...

On a different subject, in a youtube the user reports having opted for "TAA" instead of the DLSS Antialiasing setting, for crispier displays...

Vsync ON in NCP, and OFF in game?

I also did so: I can't stand the display blurryness I get with DLSS.
