Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

Cats expect you to maintain clean environment for them. It is not their job.😁

No, they prefer careers in interior decorating, pushing everything they believe doesn't match your decor off the table.

Garfield doesn't have enough ambition to be cleaning.

A few year ago I had some friends over for a BBQ. As we sat around the table I noticed a mouse scurrying around the deck. I observed the mouse in my peripheral vision and noticed every time I looked directly at the mouse it immediately seemed to be aware of my stare and ran away. But after a minute or so returned to scurrying around right next to where we we sat. After making this observation a number of times I decided I'd make it the subject of conversation. I told my wife and friends not to look directly at the mouse, I wanted to demonstrate to them the mouse would pay no attention to us unless I looked directly him and then run away. Everyone agreed the mouse didn't seem to care that we were so close and interested to see the mouse run away at the very moment I looked directly at it. I look at it and the mouse turned and stood on its hind legs and eye balled me like he was in a starring contest. Even the sound of my friends and especially my wife laughing at me did not deter the mouse from its starring contest which he won by the way. That was at least 10 years ago. To this day every time I'm wrong about an observation my wife bring up that mouse and get extremely animated. It's a joy for me to see her so happy even if it's as a result of me being humiliated by a mouse.

I remember reading about Seal Team 6 years ago and it was mentioned that some guys would not look directly at their enemy on the approach to a raid as they thought the enemy could sense that. So maybe it's not just mice

The parasychologist, Rupert Sheldrake, carried out experiments on this and claimed people have a weak sense of being stared at.

I don't think it's ever been replicated though.

I always thought they were conducting local measurement's of the force of gravity..... (Cats are in charge of that)

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

The movie version of "Cats" failed. Perhaps the audience suspected that it was really just costumed humans.
