Was at LKPR preparing my LKPR-EGLL flight. Loaded everything up, asked EFB to load via GSX, aircraft was refuelled as normal, passengers started boarding and then just stopped at 70 passengers (should have been 128) and NO cargo.

So irritating...any ideas?

Doors still open? Cargo doors still open?

No, it pulled the jetway away mid-boarding. 

I tried resetting everything...in the end had to reset the sim. What a pain. When GSX goes wrong it really knows how to stuff up everything.

Why did you restart the sim? Reset the w&b in the Fenix EFB and restart couatl.exe, that's enough. Also the jetways disconnecting is a MSFS issue and cannot be controlled neither by the Fenix nor by GSX. It does however not disrupt the boarding process for GSX, you'll see people walking on air. Next time double check if all cabin and cargo doors are open, because that's literally the only thing that can pause the boarding process with GSX. Either that or couatl.exe crashing, of course (but in that case all GSX objects would also disappear, e.g. pushback tug).

This time around it jupmed from 10 passengers to 70 in a matter of seconds and then just stopped boarding. Won't do anything more. It's so frustrating. 

I've done five or six flights and not changed anything since the update. Help!

Probably a dodgy gate where jetway not connecting properly. Try different gate.

have  you  set  the  recommended settings  for  gsx  as  per  the  help  section in the  fenix home  page

Yes. It's been working for the last week.
The only think I change is refueling before/during boarding AND automatic catering depending if I'm at an outstation or base.

Make sure gsx is up-to date!

Oddly enough, I flew the Fenix last night, with a Simbrief flight that included 148 pax and a block fuel of 8.5kg tons.  The Fenix only loaded 50 passengers and only 2.7 tons of fuel.   Also, although my Simbrief FP loaded correctly into the EFB, when I tried to import it into the MCDU Flight plan page, I got "invalid Simbrief flight plan" error.  

Seemed to be a one off, as today I flew it and everything worked correctly.

Funny, for me it has loaded fine every time. Unloading it has messed up every time.

Last time / current version the pax deboarded for the first time. Their luggage, stayed on the plane though...

Can someone go through the exact GSX strartup procedure on the A320? A I supposed to dock jetway or not before asking for loading?? etc...

This  is  what i do works all the  time

1   Start sim and  any other  addons  you got

2 when i get  to the  flight planning  stage   enter  sim brief making  sure  i select  the  right  version  being  either  the  cfm or iae than  generate flight  plan   than  i  click  the  fly  button  

3 once  aircraft is  in  cold/ dark  state i  power up  the  aircraft go  to  the efb   click the  simbrief load option

4   than  go  and  click  the  gsx  option( gsx will  call  for  fuel truck  and  catering once  thats finished  it  will call  for  boarding  and  will connect  jetway if  there  is  one)

5  than i do  every thing  else  whilst  gsx  is  doing  its  thing

6   once  i have  everything  set  up  i  select  the  beacon light  which in turn will   call  for  gsx  push  back

So I've managed to board the aircraft without a jetway? That seems a little (or very) dumb?

I've actaully been manually bringing the jetway to the aircraft through the GSX menu before even starting to load.

if you use  the  fenix  option  you dont  touch  the  gsx  menu at all,  most probably  you will make  it  out  of  order,   need  to  wait   abit  some  times  it  will take  time  to call  the  jet  way.    with  the  jet  way  have  you excluded  it  in  the  gsx  installer if its  a pay way airport  Also forgot  to add  in  the  gsx  setting  in  the  option there is  a option  saying  this  gate  has a jet way or  stairs
