What i realized and wanted to ask people that fly the jet is that i found the controls itchy and over sensitive, even with very smooth inputs. I've seen a mod in flightsim.to that deals partially with that , but it is not maintained anymore. So, am i wrong here or the bird's controls are in need of a fix or something? I've not found them any more twitchy than the Honda tbh, the CJ4 & VisionJet I find far more sensitive. The mods for it are no longer needed since the AAU version. June 20, 20241 yr I'm using the mod and the flight model seems less twitchy, especially in pitch. I also have the FTSim sounds which are amazing.
June 21, 20241 yr Excellent video. The Longitude is my favorite default aircraft. So versatile. Nice to be able to explore the systems a bit more.

Thank you for succinctly explaining why I load/spawn these planes already running on the runway #'s and blast off :) Pretty sure you have earned your MSFS type rating for this! SAR Pilot. The handling is superb and as far as i can see from YT videos , it should be close to the real handling feeling... __________________________________________________________________________________________ My FS Photos - My MSFS Settings - i7-14700K / 64GB RAM / MSI 4070 Ti SUPER / 1440p

It's definitely the best default aircraft of the entire sim, or any sim. A default aircraft that comes with the caveat that you had to buy the most expensive version of the Sim to get it.

But there has been this notion, that from MSFS2024 onward you approach simming more in an immersive way a la GTA. Meaning you don't simply spawn in the cockpit but with your avatar on the ramp and then can walk to the aircraft and get in. For that you need a modeled cabin.

Sorry, wasn't saying the HondaJet was twitchy, was saying they felt very similar on my setup (guess we are in agreement). My phrasing could have been better lol. It's definitely much more immersive, especially when you have *real* (and seamless) access to the outside of the aircraft, for prep & checks. Kind of mad how much difference it makes tbh ..
